Improved Unicode support

Up till now non ASCII characters have not worked with cl1p.net. With the latest patch they should all work properly.

Please let me know if any characters do not work.

    I h8 errors in my scripts, specially memory related, anyway, following is one I faced right now on cl1p only when i was telling my colleague how wow this site is :( do some thing rob

    I have rebooted the server. It looks like it was an isolated outage.

    Please let me know if you see this error again.
